I was looking to make something tasty, healthy and QUICK (between work and the gym, or if I was dying for something sweet before bed)...so here's my little concoction.

Unsalted, organic nuts plus some dried fruit and dark chocolate chunks.  BUT be careful on portion control with this, although mad-tasty and good for you (good fats, anti-oxidents) the calories are still there.

So I decided to allow myself 1/4 cup per serving.  Sounds good to me!

THE GOODS:

Unsalted, organic pecans

Unsalted, organic cashews

Unsalted, organic walnuts

Dried cherries

Dried cranberries

Dried blueberries

Dark chocolate chips (I used Toll House)
