So.... a new "Real Housewives of OC" was on last night.  I wanted to make something fast and easy so as I could focus my attention on more important things (like if Vicki and Tamra REALLY made up?!).

Check it:

  • 2lbs ground turkey (EXTRA LEAN!)
  • 1-pkg Stove Top Stuffing mix (I did the savory herb blend)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2c. water
  • 1/4c. ketchup
  • Some sprinkles of minced onion
  • Ketchup to glaze the top

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
  2. Mix well (use your hands, I know it may eff up your nails for a hot minute but it works best this way)
  3. Place meat mixture into a glass baking dish and shape into a loaf - make sure there is enough room around edges so that the grease has a place to go while it bakes
  4. Glaze the top with the remaining ketchup
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes (Inside should be 165+ degrees before serving.)
