Pasco Sheriff Says Driver Intentionally Ran Over A Veteran

It honestly scares me the types of psychopaths we have in this world.

Pasco Sheriff Chris Nocco said that yesterday, a driver intentionally ran over a 75-year-old veteran that was walking on the side of the road. In fact, the driver told investigators he had been planning on killing someone for several months, and when he saw the veteran walking, he made a u-turn, and drove right into him killing him.
