Amazing video shows two good Samaritans running towards a truck engulfed in flames on I-95 to help pull someone out!

According to one of them, everyone was just recording it on their phone, and not doing anything to help. (Watch the amazing video below)

According to FOX13 News, the guy said:

What clicked was I looked to the left, and I looked to the right, and I saw 20 people with their cellphones not doing nothing, and I said, ‘It’s on me,'.
