WATCH: Doctor Gives Potential Life-Saving Breathing Technique if Infected

A doctor in the UK has shared a potentially life-saving breathing technique to do if you've been infected. (Watch the breathing technique below)

According to the doctor, here are the steps you need to take:

  1. Take 5 deep breaths in, holding the breath each time for 5 seconds.
  2. On the 6th deep breath, after you take it in, cough.
  3. Repeat this twice.
  4. Then lay flat on your bed with a pillow in front of you.
  5. Take deep breaths for ten minutes.
