This festive & cute little truffle is sweet + salty + peanut butter-y!
WHAT I USED:
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crunchy PB
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Full bag of 11 oz Ghirardelli Chocolate Classic White Chocolate Premium Baking Chips
I looked at both of these recipes & kinda mooshed them together, the ingredients from Emily Enchanted on Pinterest (omitting the lemon and salt) and the process from delish
Do whatever your feeling! That's what I love about baking :) And these are no-bake, no need to preheat that oven.
