Welp, seems like Spring Break is in full force on Clearwater Beach!
Crazy video posted to TiKTok shows someone already in the backseat of a Clearwater Police car allegedly after a fight, when someone opens the back door. And the handcuffed kid takes off! He was recaptured after a bit of a chase. (Watch the crazy video below)
