A man was being detained by a security guard in Las Vegas and while he was on the ground handcuffed a couple came up and tried to steal his gold chain right off his neck. Did I mention he was handcuffed? And on the ground?
Once the would be thief(s) noticed the man on the ground moving around they left the scene.
