Just before 1 a.m. Sunday on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard Courtney Keller, 19 accelerated her car and rear ended a FHP car that was stopped for a red left turn arrow. Keller admitted to drinking a 'High Noon' at a local bar before getting behind the wheel. She is being charged with DUI, DUI with property damage, and driving with a suspended license.
