Perez Funeral Home in Massachusetts is being sued after this horrific tragedy took place during a burial where a body fell out of the casket as it was being lowered into the ground.
The family of Andrew Serrano, who's body was in the casket, has now filed a lawsuit against the funeral home.
According to the story on Yahoo News the body fell out of the casket 'oozing liquid' and family members had to jump into the grave to try and get the body back into the casket.
How traumatizing! The family is seeking over $50,000 in damages.
