I know places don't last forever, especially with Tampa Bay growing so much, but this news definitely breaks my heart! Especially since I grew up bowling in a league at this place.
Pinarama Bowling Lanes on S. Dale Mabry, which has been a staple in the South Tampa community for decades, is up for sale! I saw the news break on Instagram yesterday, and was crushed. I guess the owners want to move on from the bowling alley business to concentrate on family life. (See the post below)

Co-owner James “Corky” Herritt tells Creative Loafing Tampa Bay that he and his business partners, Javier Torrealday and his brother Bobby Herritt, are ready to move on from the bowling business and instead focus on family and other matters.
