Today, I am even more proud to say that I have never tried a Pumpkin Spice Latte. As Tampa falls in the Top 10 list of Cities Most Obsessed with PSL! And it's one of two Florida cities on the list, even though Florida itself ranked 12th on the list of states that are most-obsessed.
