posted by Brian Munchie -

You may have driven down Interstate 275 in Tampa and noticed a giant white tower and wondered what it was, well here is the answer you have been seeking! The Sulphur Springs Water Tower was commissioned in 1927 by Josiah Richardson, a local land developer, and served as a beacon for the once popular resort area that focused around the natural bubbling sulphur water springs.

HAUNTED?

Many have said this tower is haunted! This page on Haunted Places in Tampa Bay has quite a few stories
