Midtown Tampa will be home to the largest Whole Foods in the bay

The Bromley Companies Demo

The 5-story Bromley Companies building located at 3725 Grace Street, Tampa, was demolished on Tuesday. Clearing the way for $500 million Midtown Tampa, construction is planned to begin at the site in early 2019.

Chances are by now you have heard about the building that wouldn't fall on the corner of I-275 and Dale Mabry in Tampa, well as you can see from the video above, it finally fell! This milestone was critical to help keep the exciting new Midtown Tampa project on schedule. The developer, the Bromley Companies is planning to break ground for Midtown Tampa in 2019, and complete the project by 2021! 

In the middle of everything, highly visible, easily accessible, connecting Westshore and Downtown.

The Whole Foods will be a massive 48,000 square feet, making it their largest store in the Tampa Bay area.

Midtown Tampa, which could be a half-billion dollar project just off of 1-275 and North Dale Mabry Highway, could include 240,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, 750,000 square feet of office space, 400 apartments or condo's and a 225-room boutique hotel.
