Starbucks announced on Monday they will eliminate plastic straws in all of their global chain of stores by 2020. It's the end of days for the single-use plastic straws that are filling up landfills and sticking in turtles' noses, you've seen that video, right?! Starbucks will move to a strawless lid that most can't help but remark how much it looks like... a sippy cup!
This is for the best but I'm predicting a lot of stained teeth in our future. -Buster
