Florida Toddler Needs Extremely Rare Blood To Beat Cancer

NOBODY should have to go through this, let alone a 2-year-old!

Zainab is a 2-year-old girl who lives in Florida, and is fighting for her life.  She has been diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, which is a very aggressive cancer that occurs in children.  The only way to fight it is with bone marrow transplants and blood transfusions.

Even more unfortunately, she has an extremely rare blood, mostly found in people of Pakistani, Indian, or Iranian descent.  And even out of those, fewer than 4% would have blood that Zainab's body wouldn't reject.  Her parents and relatives aren't even a match.

OneBlood is working with the American Rare Donor Program, and hopefully will be able to find a donor soon.

Thoughts and prayers are with her and her family!
