Florida Woman Throws Chunk Of Concrete At Police Officer

A Florida woman was arrested after she attacked a police officer and threw a chunk of concrete at him. Police said that 37-year-old Jessica Blick called 911 and requested an ambulance, but when officers responded to help, she became combative.

The first officer arrived and found Blick walking on the sidewalk holding a chunk of concrete and her cell phone. He attempted to get her to put down the concrete, but she ignored his commands. When another officer showed up, Blick threatened to kill him and threw the rock at him, striking his shoulder.

The officers attempted to subdue her with a taser and were unsuccessful. They managed to get her in handcuffs, but she continued to fight back, kicking one of the officers in the groin. They were finally able to get her under control after using pepper spray.

Blick was charged with aggravated assault and battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest with violence.
