All the talk today was about this guy who bought $540 worth of Girl Scout cookies so the girls selling them could get out of the cold.

He's been the subject of a long-term DEA drug investigation, and was ARRESTED TODAY!
The charges against him include conspiracy to make and distribute heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl.
