The Statue Of Liberty Wasn't Always The Green Color We Know It As

I guess this should be obvious, but I'm kinda shook by it.

The Statue of Liberty wasn't always the green color we know her as!

When it originally came to the US in the 1800s, it was brown. But because of oxidation from the weather conditions, the copper took on the bluish-green color that we see today.
