A man was arrested after he was caught on security cam breaking into a home in New Port Richey... WITH A HORSE!
In the video, you literally see the guy casing the joint with a horse in tow.
According to Pasco County Sheriffs, the horse wasn’t his, and was returned to its owner.
The guy didn’t take anything, but caused about $100 in damage to the house.
