This year, Khalid teamed up with Normani to release their hit collaboration "Love Lies," and during the 2018 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball presented by Capital One.
"Love Lies" is Normani's debut single as a solo artist and the song was the second single from the movie soundtrack for Love, Simon, and since its release has gone double platinum in the US.
Any fan of these two already know what great friends they are, but during their Jingle Ball performance, they were absolute (and adorably) friendship goals. Khalid kicked off the song and was later joined by Normani, who looked gorgeous in a winter white outfit.
Like a true gentleman, Khalid took Normani by the hand to help her out on stage

Then, they danced together.
Their moves were synchronized!

Basically, they are the two best friends that anyone can have.
Khalid also performed his songs "Young, Dumb & Broke," "Better," his Marshmello collab "Silence," and breakout debut single "Location."
Back in October, the singer released his new EP, Suncity, which follows his debut 2017 album American Teen (which earned him several Grammy nods last year). On Instagram, Khalid called his new EP "the start of a new era."
