Just released surveillance footage shows the insanely chaotic moments when London Police pulled up to the Borough Market last Saturday night, as the terrorists were attacking an innocent bystander. This is after they'd already plowed into people on the London Bridge.
The police thankfully shot and killed all 3 terrorists before they could injure or kill anyone else.
