A Florida man was driving a golf cart on a Miami highway. (See the #FloridaMan video below)

According to the description on the YouTube video:

In the southbound lanes of Miami, Florida's palmetto highway, a golf cart was being driven on the highway and switching lanes as if it were a regular vehicle. After several miles, it eventually got off the highway.
