An employee at a Publix in Boca Raton has tested positive for the coronavirus.
A spokesperson for the supermarket chain says the store, at Clint Moore Road and U.S. Hwy 441, has completed a disinfection-level deep cleaning in accordance with CDC guidelines.
This is the second Publix employee to test positive for the virus.
Publix says it is giving store employees the option of wearing masks and gloves "for the duration of this national emergency."
Trader Joe's has confirmed that an employee at its Delray Beach location tested positive, but the employee hadn't been at the store for about a week and the store has been cleaned.
