Having a moment over here. Jasmine is a 10-year old Poodle/Maltese mix found as a stray, her fur completely matted down & blind :'( It makes me want to cry to know she was all alone on the streets, unable to see at all...but luckily she found her way to the Humane Society of Tampa Bay!
