Ok guys, here's a breakdown of my Whole30 journey for the first 6 days! Some of the stuff I ate, workouts, how it affected my sleep & how tf I made it thru the weekend without a single drop of Pinot Grigio *wah*
Again, if you missed it I'm going 30 days without dairy, grains, alcohol (nooooo!), legumes, added sugar, carrageenan/MSG/sulfites... my hope is to achieve the body reset it promises & lose some weight in the process while getting a better understanding of how certain foods have a positive/negative effect on my energy/mood/skin/sleep/weigh/tummy bloating etc etc ;) It's gonna interesting to say the least.
