I mean, it's the kind of accountability you can't avoid! Tracking food the night before (and sticking to it) helped this writer stop her cycle of overeating and weight gain.
As someone who HATES food journals/tracking calories (I mean hate hate hate hate hate) this seems doable. Tracking it all in one sitting, sticking to it = I'm not going back and forth tracking my life away. Of course, planning would be essential but that's not the worst thing that could happen ;)
