TAMPA, FL Typically when you see videos of people stealing all of the candy from people's porches while trick-or-treating, it's the kids who are stealing the candy. However, this adult Tampa woman wasn't settling for just one piece of candy; she wanted two full buckets.
According to WFLA News Channel 8, Popular YouTube streamer Andy Signore was out trick-or-treating with his family when he saw what was happening on his video doorbell app.
The woman dressed up as what appeared to be a barmaid is seen in the video emptying two full candy buckets into her bag. Does anyone know this woman?
