Before I moved to Tampa I once lived in Panama City Beach, that is where I met this girl Nilsa. She was a stripper... My bad... "Dancer". So when I was scrolling through my twitter feed it came to no surprise that Nilsa was arrested for flashing her boobs in public. However that wasn't all she did before she was arrested in St. Pete. She also kicked out a window of a car. She was released on a $400 bail. For the publicity this will give the show this will be $400 well spent. Good job Nilsa.
