I'm sorry, but I'm calling BS on this! I workout, eat clean, and try to stay in top physical shape, not to look a certain way, it's ABOUT BEING HEALTHY!! When you're healthy you enjoy everything in your life more. Fitness has changed my life!
It pisses me off that putting up a gym picture of myself to show progress (that I've worked my ass off for) is now viewed as a "phycological problem." Really?
Here's a quote from the article below, "The research found that people who are keen on updating their exercise routines, and who constantly gravitate their posts around their healthy diets that would contribute to their physical appearance, these people tend to be narcissists."
I'm sorry, but when working out and fitness is a large part of your life, of course youre going to put up gym pictures.
If talking about eating healthy makes you a narcissist, then ok. I think it's all about how you choose to interrupt things. I love to see people's transformations, it inspiring!
Nothing makes me happier than seeing a friend talk about an incredible workout or how they've dropped 20 pounds, and how much better they're feeling.
There are two types of people, those that go, "good for that guy or girl for working hard and being healthy." Or those that get angry and give them selves yet another excuse why they can't accomplish something.
The day you stop giving yourself reasons why you can't do something, is THE DAY you're one step closer to changing your life.
I want to know if you agree with article from curiousmindmagazine.com?
