Motivation: Three Rules That Can Change Your Life


I put this tweet up today, and realized real quick that sometimes people just need a push to be great.  Let me give you some back ground on me first. 

I’m not a perfect person.  As a matter of fact, I’m pretty messed up really.  I have what’s known as a “super addictive personality.”  That means I have to be very careful of what, who, and all the things I allow in my life. 

I’ve been exactly where you are right now.  I’ll tell this, if you’re looking for the easy way, there isn’t one!  Change is a constant journey with 3 rules, and these rules are unbreakable.  For the record, these are ideas I’ve gotten from numerous sources over the years, and put to use in my own life. 


1- Get rid of all of the negative influences in your life, all of them.  This means separating from people you may have known your intire life.  If they’re not going the direction you’re going, say goodbye. 

2- Make a plan.  Write down everything you want to change about your life, your job, your relationships, your body, whatever it is, write it down.  Start at number 1 and work your way down. (It’s not supposed to be easy) 

3- Love hard, but be gaurded with who you choose to let inside. 

These three rules have helped me get things back on track in my life more than anything. 

Like I said in the tweet, “If someone else is doing it, why can’t you?”  Go getcha some!!
