Jennette McCurdy is exposing all in her new tell all book, “I’m Glad My Mom Died.”
Jennette, who co-starred in Nickelodeon hit show “iCarly” hopes her readers will understand why she makes such a bold statement, with the book title.
In her book, Jennette wrote her mother Debra “was a narcissist” who “emotionally, mentally and physically abused” her. She shared that her mother pushed her into an acting career as a child and encouraged her to have an eating disorder.
She also went on to make significant allegations against Nickelodeon, claiming she was offered $300,000 if she agreed to never speak out about her experiences at the children's network but as you can see/read she didn't agree to it.
