“Real” Abraham Lincoln Hat In Museum Actually A Fake

Well this is awkward...

A hat believed to be Abraham Lincoln’s, which has been in a museum for years and was appraised at $6.5 million, has now been shown to be a fake!

According to a new 16-month study, the hat isn’t even the right size to fit the former president’s head!! There was also no DNA from Lincoln anywhere on the hat, and it had been supposedly sold to an antique shop in the 1950s for $1.
