Alex Trebek just gave us an update on his health and battle with cancer.

He starts by letting us know that the one-year survival rate for stage 4 pancreatic cancer is only 18%. But the really good news... HE JUST REACHED THAT HUGE MILESTONE! (Watch Alex's update below)
