With everything going on right now, with the recent suicides of Chester Bennington, Avicii, Kate Spade, Anthony Bourdain, and the countless other victims that DON'T have news stories about them, I thought it was a great time to tackle season 1 of "13 Reasons Why".
If you're not familiar with the show on Netflix, it's about a student who commits suicide because she's being bullied, slut shamed, and dealing with a ton of other stuff no one should have to deal with. She leaves behind tapes explaining who pushed her to make this horrible decision and why.

"13 Reasons Why" is an amazing show that I feel like everyone should watch. Especially family with children. But please make sure to watch WITH your children, and talk to them. Explain everything to them. Make them understand that suicide is NEVER the solution.
