Hillsborough County Sheriffs are looking for anyone that might have information concerning this disturbing video.
It shows an SUV crossing the intersection of E 131st Avenue and N 15th Street near USF. As the vehicle gets into the intersection, a woman falls out. A man then exits the SUV, picks up the seemingly unconscious and injured woman, and puts her back in the vehicle...then drives off.
This video is very disturbing!
