Florida Highway Patrol has announced that they have made an arrest in the horrific hit-and-run that left a teen in critical condition in Sarasota.
If you didn't see the terrifying video, a minivan turned left into traffic on US 41, and clipped a car driven by 19-year-old Jack Kelley. Jack's car got sent rolling over and over.
