You know how frustrating it is when you're sitting at a light when it turns green, and you can't go anywhere because some drivers have blocked the intersection from the other way.
Well now, drivers who get caught doing that will be fined!
According to Fox 13, the Sarasota Police Department is cracking down on this.
When officers catch drivers "blocking the box", they're gonna issue a $166 ticket AND add a few points on the driver's license.
Hopefully this will help curb the issue.
