This story absolutely breaks my heart.
Carlos has been in the hospital since August awaiting a heart transplant. He had four open-heart surgeries before age 2! (Watch his heartbreaking story below)
And unfortunately he's gonna be stuck in the hospital for the holidays. So he's asking for people to send him Christmas cards to help a little!!
