BREAKING: Driver That Killed Jogger On Bayshore Blvd Had A BAC Of .234

Such an absolutely horrible story from this morning.

At just after 11am, a truck that was reportedly going 60-70 mph on Bayshore Blvd hit and killed a jogger. According to the Tampa Police, the driver had a Blood Alcohol Level of .234. (Watch the news report below)

The driver is now charged with vehicular homicide and DUI manslaughter.
