Ham, egg & cheese brekkie sandwich - 2 pieces Ezekial bread toasted, 1 egg, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 4 slices ham lunch meat
Raspberry smoothie - 1 fat free vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup water & 3 ice cubes
