A doctor in the UK has shared a potentially life-saving breathing technique to do if you've been infected. (Watch the breathing technique below)
According to the doctor, here are the steps you need to take:
- Take 5 deep breaths in, holding the breath each time for 5 seconds.
- On the 6th deep breath, after you take it in, cough.
- Repeat this twice.
- Then lay flat on your bed with a pillow in front of you.
- Take deep breaths for ten minutes.
