MacDill Air Force Base has announced that a flyover has been planned for Friday to honor our Tampa Bay healthcare heroes! According to 10NEWS:
Two KC-135s will take off from MacDill AFB at 10:30am and head south to do a flyover in Sarasota. Then head back north along Tampa Bay over the rest of the area before heading back to the base. (See the map of the planned flyover below)
Here are the twelve hospitals that will be included in the flyover:
- TGH
- Brandon Regional
- Riverview Regional
- South Bay Hopsital
- Sarasota Memorial
- St. Anthony's in St. Pete
- St. Petersburg General
- Bay Pines VA
- Largo Medical Center
- Children's Medical Center
- TGH (North Tampa)
- USF
