I honestly don't understand how stupid some people are...
This guy actually thought he was hiding his identity well by pulling his shirt over his head when he stole his neighbor's package. The neighbor's Ring camera caught the man walking into his apartment with his dog on a leash, then returning with his shirt pulled over his head WITH THE DOG STILL ON THE LEASH, and stealing a package left at the door.
