Who knew reorganizing your fridge was so beneficial!

This is what I've been doing to help maintain my weight: walking for 45 minutes everyday in the AM before my show, counting calories using the MyPlate app, adding an additional workout of cardio/weights for 45 minutes at least 5 days out of the week. Honestly, it keeps my spirits high and it gives me something to look forward to (as I'm still living on Planet Work From Home lol).
