How To Make A Possible "Magic Potion" To Help With Your Migraine Onset

If you know me, you know I've been suffering with migraine and cluster headaches for a LONG time (actually writing this blog coming down from one). If you get them too, you know they can be absolutely debilitating and life-altering. I've tried almost every medication for them, been on different preventatives my entire adult life; I'm actually on a monthly preventative injection now. The only thing that helped break one of my worst cycles a couple of years ago was Botox! But unfortunately, I can't get the treatments right now.

I saw a blog a while back about a drink mixture that supposedly almost instantly lessens the headache, but I never got the chance to try it because thankfully my headaches had stopped. Welp, unfortunately they're back. Like a lot of people's. So the other night when one came on, I decided to try this "magic potion", and it actually helped!! (Get the ingredients below)

Now obviously I can't promise it's going to work for you, but if nothing is helping you, it's worth a try!

Here's what you:

  • Himalayan Pink Salt (2 teaspoons)
  • Lemon juice (one cup)
  • Water (one cup)

That's it! You mix it together and drink it.

Now just a heads-up, it's VERY sour and hard to drink (or at least mine was).

HOPE IT HELPS YOU FIND COMFORT!!
