A disgusting piece of trash was caught on video picking up his dog, and slamming it on the sidewalk.
The viral video shows an argument going on between the owner and a cyclist, with the dog barking. After the argument is over, the "man" picks up the barking dog, and body slams it. (Watch the disgusting video below)
According to TMZ, the guy was arrested, but released. Police are investigating, and need to RE-ARREST HIM NOW!
