Terrifying video shows a woman pointing a gun out her car window while she's waiting at an intersection in LA. It's obviously a mental health issue, since she starts yelling asking if anyone wants to die, and actually fires shots into the air. Plus she starts ranting about the cow jumping over the moon.

According to TMZ:
Law enforcement sources tell us cops eventually caught up to her and were able to detain her without further incident. We're told they arrested her for felony negligent discharge of a firearm, and cops say she fired as many as 5 shots.
