A good Samaritan was able to stop an attempted kidnapping of a baby in a stroller, and it was all caught on security video.
Two caretakers were pushing a baby in a stroller, when a random woman approached them screaming that it was her baby. The woman chased the caretakers away from the stroller. When a shop owner saw what was happening, he came between the crazy woman and the stroller. (Watch the video below)
