So turns out you can actually bring tattoo needles and ink on a plane! Who knew!! But who would actually want to get a tattoo while a plane is landing?? Turns out there's at least ONE person!
A short video has gone viral showing a man giving another man a tattoo while a plane is landing. (Watch the idiotic video below)
